Last night we headed over to the opening of our good bud Frank Chimero’s show at Land here in Portland. We were super impressed not only by the work itself but by the amount of pieces, 134 total if the rumors are correct.

It’s always fun to see someone working in a different medium- the majority of the work was either hand painted or cut paper- especially when it involves handmade ‘analog’ techniques. Great work combined with Frank’s wit and sense of humor made for a very fun experience.

The show runs through August 22nd, if you have a chance to stop by and take a look we highly recommend it. There are some great photos of the show, but they don’t do justice to seeing it person, so go see it already!
