The New York Times Magazine 2010 Food Issue came out yesterday, featuring a piece about collaborative consumption we worked on. We were given a section of the cow and without knowing what our fellow collaborators Kate Wilson, Sacred Mtn and Losiento were up to, got to making our cow part. We didn’t see the final until now- with the magic of collaboration our piece became a whole- gotta love that.
